Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions based on our cybersecurity services and technology offerings.
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for potential clients, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of our solutions.
  • Understand and articulate customer needs, pain points, and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals—including technical responses, cost estimates, and implementation plans—in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity services and technology portfolio, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Commercial and Service Delivery to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to the enhancement of our solutions.
