Cybersecurity Manager

Position Summary

The Cebu Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for leading and advancing Xerox's cybersecurity capabilities within the Cebu Global Capability Centre, in alignment with the global Xerox Cybersecurity strategy. This role ensures the protection of enterprise systems, data, and digital assets through direct leadership of the 24/7/365 Security Operations Center (SOC), and by overseeing and mentoring team members across security architecture and engineering, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, client security, and governance, risk, and compliance — in close collaboration with global Xerox Cybersecurity leaders and stakeholders.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving maturity, operational excellence, and scalability across cybersecurity services that support a complex, always‑on global technology environment.
