Cybersecurity Lead Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead Engineer/Level 3 Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This role is responsible for providing deep technical expertise , leading critical incident management and supporting large enterprise or MNC client in maintaining and improving their cybersecurity posture.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with leading security products , strong analytical thinking and the ability to guide both customer and internal team toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as L3 escalation point for complex cybersecurity and infrastructure incidents.
• Lead major incident calls and coordinate with vendors (e.g. Trellix, Imperva, Trend Micro).
