The Cybersecurity Engineer (Palo Alto XSIAM/ XDR) performs product installation, configuration, customization, automation, and integration for our clients.

Responsibilities Executing client engagements that exceed expectations based on a strong understanding of the client’s business and their unique needs by: Leading the requirements gathering process. Developing and implementing security software solutions and workflow plans aligned with client business and security objectives. Installing and/or configuring security software solutions. Development of custom reports, dashboards, alerts and scans to meet client business objectives. Managing client expectations to enable their desired outcomes. Assisting clients with upgrades and migration to new hardware or software versions.
