Cibersecurity Engineer L2 – Linux Experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced threat analysis using investigative and forensic techniques to understand the root cause and extent of incidents.
• Perform deeper and more detailed analysis of incidents, evaluating sophistication and potential impact.
• Handle incidents of greater complexity, escalating to higher levels and coordinating with specialized teams when necessary.
• Manage Distributed File System (e.g., QTrees, security group creation, assignment to SVMs, shares).
• Administer Linux systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Operate within a Cybersecurity Operations Center, utilizing SIEM and EDR platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a system administrator in a cybersecurity operations environment.
