Cybersecurity CSM — Strategic & Technical Lead

Ensign InfoSecurity in Singapore is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will act as both customer success lead and technical advisor for IBC cybersecurity services. You will align client objectives with service delivery, manage relationships with information security leadership, and oversee Day 0 to Day 2 project handovers.

You will partner with SOC teams, monitor incidents, contribute to strategy roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement across reporting, governance, and risk management.
