Cyber security practice head @ bengaluru/70l/need from it services orgs

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Practice Leader to drive strategy, growth, and delivery for our cybersecurity business. The ideal candidate should bring a strong external market perspective, proven experience in building and scaling cybersecurity offerings, and the ability to lead a delivery-led cybersecurity practice. We are specifically looking for leaders from service delivery organizations who have successfully driven business growth, managed large client engagements, and built high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own cybersecurity practice strategy, GTM, and service portfolio
Manage full P&L, revenue growth, and profitability
Lead large deal pre-sales, solutioning, and executive client engagements
Drive cybersecurity transformation programs and managed services
Build strong relationships with CXOs/CISOs, analysts, and technology partners
Lead and scale high-performing cybersecurity teams
