Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a mid to senior-level attorney for its Cyber, Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. The practice involves cutting edge litigation addressing novel legal issues, primarily involving data breach and technology litigation, both direct and class action. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation. Law firm experience and CIPP/US certification is highly preferred.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA, and experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation and technology/errors and omissions litigation.
