Cyber Platforms Administrator

Vela requires a dedicated Cyber Platforms Administrator to provide day‑to‑day operational support for the Operating Group’s core security platforms: CrowdStrike Falcon Complete (managed via Flight Control), Orca Cloud Security, and Abnormal.ai. The role reports to the Head of Cyber Operations and is responsible for tenant provisioning, user administration, platform reporting, and handling first‑line requests from BU IT teams.

Scope of Work

• Manage CrowdStrike Flight Control across the Operating Group’s multi‑tenant environment, including CID provisioning, policy assignment, and user access management.
• Maintain consistent configuration baselines across child CIDs and flag drift or anomalies to the Head of Cyber Operations.
• Run and maintain reporting on sensor coverage, module deployment status, and vulnerability counts across the estate.
