CX Insights & Programme Analyst

AIA NZ in Auckland is looking for a Customer Experience Programme Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll drive the Voice of Customer and Voice of Intermediary programmes, delivering insights to enhance customer experiences.
