CVP Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

We are currently seeking a CVP Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join the team at Gates of St Albans.
£2,000 Joining Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

This individual will be the liaison between our customers and the workshop, carrying out road tests, reviewing job cards for information, asking for more information when required, and informing customers on progress. More involved and complicated repairs will be completed or advice given by this individual. Liaison with prior approval/ ford technical when assistance is required or pre-diagnosis completed. This individual is required to be a minimum of 50% productive and is further incentivised by the overall department productivity and the monthly customer satisfaction score.

Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed time frames and that a high level of department productivity is maintained.

Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
