Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our GBS is looking for a Customs Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.

The main missions of the role are:

Support the preparation and validation of necessary documentation for import and export processes;

Ensure the updating and organization of customs records and documentation;

To collaborate in the tariff classification of goods and verification of customs codes;

Support the monitoring of processes with customs brokers, carriers, and customs authorities;

Assist in monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to international trade;

Participate in the analysis and resolution of documentary and operational discrepancies;
