Customs Systems Consultant — ASYCUDA Testing & Training

Customs Functional Consultant at UNCTAD. Grade: CO-N. Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Application deadline: 5 July 2026.

Under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the consultant will undertake the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Providing functional advise in testing new modules of ASYCUDA and Single Window in Turkmenistan.
• Testing of data exchange with external systems.
• Preparation of integration data sets.
• Updating system information, based on new regulatory acts.
• Providing trainings to customs staff and governmental entities.
• Providing regular inputs to project status reports and updates.
