Arvato Logistics FZCO is looking for an experienced Customs & Logistics Coordinator to join our Fulfilment Operations team in Dubai.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient customs clearance and logistics coordination across our import, export, and free zone operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound shipment notifications with the SD team and shipping agents to ensure smooth cargo arrivals
- Review and validate Bills of Entry (BOE), commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents prior to cargo arrival
- Prepare and issue BOE gate passes and coordinate entry procedures for shipments into the Dubai facility
