Customs Legal Compliance Associate (Reynosa)

JOB DETAIL

• Strong experiencie in pedimentos (AF, IN, RT, V1, F4, F5, etc).
• MX customs compliance activities for IMMEX, Prosec programs and VAT certification.
• Perform analysis to determine the country of origin of the finished goods, based on TLCs.
• Carry out gubernamental procedures (VUCEM, SAT, Ministry of Economy, etc.).
• Control Annex 24 and 30 and break down of data stage.
• Strong knowledge of legal basis of classification of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS Codes).
• Perform nationalizations of raw material and equipment (F4/F5).

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelor degree completed in International business, Foreing trade, Logistics or Customs administration.
• Experience in IMMEX's company at least 2 years.
• Mexican or US Custom Broker.
• English 80%.
