They are seeking a stable and detail-oriented Customs Entry Clerk to join their expanding team. Duties:
Framing and processing customs entries for seafreight imports and ad hoc airfreight shipments.
Handling the customs clearance process for predominantly import shipments.
Framing and processing customs entries for ad hoc export roadfreight shipments into BLNS countries (Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Eswatini).
Ensuring customs documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
Liaising with internal departments, customs authorities and service providers to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
Monitoring shipment statuses and resolving customs-related queries and delays.
Maintaining accurate customs records and documentation.
