Responsibilities

• Update Customs instructions database (Tariff, Customs regulation for tax & duties' suspension, preferential origin, customs value, ...) and perform product classification (BTI, Suspension, …) and preferential Origin
• Prepare import and export operations (Invoice, Packing, Bill of Lading, ... documents, arrival and departure schedules…)
• Communicate with brokers to guarantee declaration compliance on a day to day base
• If authorization is granted by the administration, proceed to import and/or export declaration
• Check Brokers import and export declaration vs Customs Instruction, Invoices, Transport Documents, Origin Certificate …
• Organize and manage efficient document filling process
