We are looking for an experienced Voice Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of customer service agents. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of voice agents.
  • Monitor team performance and achieve targets.
  • Conduct coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
  • Prepare performance reports and maintain team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
