Customer Support Specialist — Remote, Flexible Hours, Growth

myneva is seeking an enthusiastic software support specialist to be the first point of contact for existing customers, ensuring smooth operation of our solutions. You will join the Customer Service team and collaborate with Consulting, Sales, Product Management and Development.

You will investigate, resolve, and document issues, communicate status updates, assist with application errors across care processes, billing, and scheduling, and log all interactions in our ticketing system.
