Job Responsibilities:
 Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues
related to Net gear Devices.
 Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer
 Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.
 Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all
other aspects of customer service
 Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.

 Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want
