Designation - Customer Service Executive (Non Voice)
Qualification - HSC / Graduate Freshers - Can also apply
Shifts - Rotational shifts (Including Night Shifts)
5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
Location - Mumbai (Malad)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer Documents (international clients).
- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics
(Domain Knowledge - BPO Voice/Non-Voice/ Customer Service)
Communication - Avg Communication
