Job Details:
  • Open for Malaysian and Native Japanese.
  • Language Requirement: Native Japanese speakers or JLPT N1 certified candidates for locals.
  • Hybrid working model and office hours support.
  • Proficiency in Japanese Language and ability to communicate in English (Written / Spoken).
  • Answers incoming calls, and emails relating to the program supported.
  • Identifies customer requirements and ensures they are answered or routed appropriately.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensures that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
