Job Details:
- Open for Malaysian and Native Japanese.
- Language Requirement: Native Japanese speakers or JLPT N1 certified candidates for locals.
- Hybrid working model and office hours support.
- Proficiency in Japanese Language and ability to communicate in English (Written / Spoken).
- Answers incoming calls, and emails relating to the program supported.
- Identifies customer requirements and ensures they are answered or routed appropriately.
- Manage customer escalations and ensures that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
