Customer Support Specialist — Hybrid in Barcelona

Adeas Hr - Passion For People is a fast-growing fitness technology company that is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. This hybrid role allows you to work 2-3 days a week from the Barcelona office while being the frontline voice for users. You'll resolve user issues using Zendesk, provide creative solutions, and document bugs to enhance the user experience.

The ideal candidate has B2C customer support experience, is comfortable with technical tools, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. A keen interest in fitness will be an advantage.
