Customer Support Specialist – Commercial manages assigned customer service orders and contracts and ensures seamless execution of commercial operations across the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and invoicing in the Middle East.

• Execute and support daily commercial operations in the Middle East, including sales and purchase order processing in SAP and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
• Serve as the primary commercial interface for assigned customers and contracts, ensuring timely, professional communication and effective resolution of customer queries across the order lifecycle.
