Job Summary:
The customer support specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Requirements:
- Must have good reading, writing, and communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic understanding of software from a user perspective for a Kollywood website/mobile app.
- Customer service via all modes of contact, including making calls, emails, and resolving tickets and queries, to retain customers.
- Customer support, management, and basic tech skills (1-3 years of experience).
- Should be familiar with tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
