This position provides timely customer support, resolves customer inquiries, and maintains accurate records of all interactions.

+ Resolve issues and document outcomes in CRM systems
+ Escalate complex issues to internal teams
+ Identify service trends and improvement opportunities
Requirements
+ 2+ years of customer service experience
+ Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
