Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the link between our customers and operations team, handling order processing and customer support through the entire delivery cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders into SAP and provide customer support from order entry to shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service issues and escalate unresolved matters to internal teams.
