Position: Customer Success Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad, Prahlad Nagar

Working Days: 6 days, Sat & Sun - working, 1 week off between Mon-Fri

Experience Required: 1-3 years.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication. Understand client goals, expectations, and requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Customer Success & Support

Ensure clients receive timely updates and support throughout project execution. Resolve client concerns and coordinate internally for quick solutions. Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Coordination & Communication
