ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be one of the first people on the ground in South America, helping establish Halter's presence across the region and owning what great support looks like for producers in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil for the first time. You'll be working with producers who care deeply about their land, their animals, and their livelihoods.
Support at Halter isn’t a call centre. It’s a team of problem-solvers and educators who understand our customers, their animals, our product, and how everything connects. We’re the glue between customers and every part of the business, from field teams to product, engineering, and operations across the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and now South America.
