Customer Support, French & German Speaking
Digitize the German midmarket by supporting our corporate clients with IT applications and systems.
Your Tasks
- Act as the point of contact for our corporate clients regarding queries about our IT applications and systems.
- Receive fault reports by telephone and email.
- Develop fault analyses and solutions in collaboration with our clients.
- Document requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalat e complex issues to colleagues in 2nd‑level support.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support within a close‑knit, international team.
