This hybrid role allows you to utilize your extensive customer service skills with a focus on resolving user inquiries and mentoring peers. Experience in photography software is advantageous but not essential. Engage with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and support processes, contributing positively to our community of over 1.5 million photographers.
