About the Role
Customer Support Executive – HRMS
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Provide functional support to clients on HRMS application
Resolve user queries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
Assist clients with system navigation and issue resolution
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Candidates with experience in HRMS domain (Customer Support / Functional Support)
OR MBA in HR (with relevant internship / 1–2 years’ experience preferred)...
