We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech opening a new Madrid hub this summer, as part of a broader European expansion. This is a strong entry point into financial markets for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of client service and fintech.
As Customer Support Consultant, you'll support professional clients — banks, asset managers, and other financial institutions — combining customer service skills with a growing technical understanding of the product.
