Customer support associate

Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Believers Destination, Magnus Tower, Sector-73, Noida
Work Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM
Preferred Candidate: Residing with family in Noida, greater Noida or Nearby
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with students and parents.
- Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools).
- Maintain and update data records accurately.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
- Provide basic technical support (login assistance, form updates, minor troubleshooting).
