Customer Support Associate (Tier 2)

Location: Mumbai - Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: US Shifts (Rotational work week)

Interview Process: Versant (58+), Communication Discussion, Operations Interview


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Provide support to candidates and assist with recruitment-related queries.
  • Guide users on self-service portals and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Log and track cases accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and company policies.
  • Meet SLA targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
