Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front‑of‑house service
• Maintain highest standards of administration for the care home, using correct systems and ways of working
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, excellent customer service, and effective support to the Home Manager and wider team

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in providing excellent customer service in a receptionist or administrative role
• Experience of payroll administration and processing employee related information
• Experience of administrative procedures and processes
• Proven experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
