In your new role, you will:
Customer Collaboration
Be the Customer's first point of contact for all demand fulfillment topics.
Facilitate internal and external relationship building.
Organize and manage supply chain meetings internally and externally.
Identify and implement process improvement measures to optimize customer collaboration.
Order Management
Communicate open orders, delivery plans, and lead times to customers.
Drive the reduction of demand-supply gaps; monitor on-time order fulfillment.
Support the implementation of supply chain concepts.
Analyze the global supply situation in times of short supply to manage expectations and present available solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
Initiate and manage emergency shipments.
