Customer Success & Support Specialist (24/7 Hotline)

CargoSprint LLC is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative to provide business and systems support to its main customers. This role includes handling customer inquiries via a ticketing system and emergency hotline while ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
