Customer Success Specialist II – UM

Acquire BPO is a global business outsourcer partnering with RingCentral, a leading cloud communications provider. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist II to support the growth and satisfaction of our enterprise client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide inbound retention support and reactive account management services to mitigate customer churn and foster loyalty.
  • Act as an account champion by proactively engaging clients through outbound communication and management efforts.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to drive improvement initiatives.
