You will onboard clients, guide implementation, and ensure setups meet operational goals while training new users to maximise the platform's potential. Day to day you will respond to enquiries, resolve product issues, provide feedback to the product team, run demos, monitor usage and satisfaction, and explore upsell opportunities to improve the
