Robert Half is partnering with a growing local organization to identify a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring orders are processed accurately from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
+ Enter customer orders and quotes into the company's processing system
+ Maintain accurate order information within internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems, including Salesforce
+ Communicate order confirmations, shipping timelines, delays, and updates to customers
