Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and personable Customer Success Manager to join the sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing a high-volume sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with importers and exporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Excellence: Clearly articulate the value of Agrify’s AI-powered fruit exchange and pre-booking opportunities to potential clients
- Lead Management: Generate, manage, and convert new leads while handling a sales funnel of at least 500 leads
