Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for customers of all sizes – from small and medium‑sized businesses to large DAX‑listed corporations. You will support them in successfully implementing their sustainability initiatives using our ESG software solutions, covering key compliance topics such as CSRD, Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EURD).
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned customers, understanding their business goals and helping them succeed with our SaaS solution.
- Together with the sales team, you will ensure customers get the most out of our solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
