Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in building performance management & optimisation across the built environment sector for a Customer Success Manager . This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role responsible for owning customer relationships end‑to‑end and acting as the Account Lead across multiple stakeholders and internal teams.

You will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts for a Building Optimisation Platform - a technology‑led solution helping customers improve building performance, sustainability outcomes, energy efficiency, and asset optimisation.
