We’re seeking a mid‑level professional to lead customer success and service operations for our maternal healthcare device portfolio. This role ensures high customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, and long‑term retention across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success strategies to boost satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage after‑sales service operations including installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and government stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor service engineers and customer success executives.
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (ISO 13485).
  • Track KPIs: CSAT, NPS, equipment uptime, service contract renewals.
