Customer Success Manager

PageProof is the world's #1 rated review and approval platform, trusted by some of the biggest global brands. We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Auckland team — someone who can hit the ground running and grow with us as we scale.

You’ll start by building deep expertise with our platform and customer base, progressing to larger, more complex accounts as you establish yourself. The path forward is real — but we need someone with enough experience to move through it quickly.

What you’ll do:

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts, taking responsibility for adoption, retention, and satisfaction
• Proactively identify struggling accounts and execute strategies to turn them around
• Deliver training sessions, Q&As, and short-form video content for customers
• Work closely with a team of CSMs and a broader international team across Auckland and London
