What You'll Be Doing Support merchant onboarding, account setup, and activation processes Guide merchants through documentation and basic system setup Track onboarding progress and ensure a smooth go-live experience Handle merchant enquiries and provide operational support Maintain accurate records and system updates Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve merchant experience
