We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to serve as a pivotal technical partner for our post‑purchase clients, ensuring their success and high ROI with our advanced security solutions. This role focuses on driving value, optimizing complex security infrastructures, and troubleshooting critical issues. You will act as a trusted advisor, working alongside customers to solve technical challenges and proactively monitor environment health while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
