Customer Success Coordinator

As our new Customer Success Coordinator, we look at yourself ensuring seamless client experiences by managing training bookings, supporting sales efforts, and strengthening client relationships. This position focuses on assisting with sales support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of training services to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage training bookings : Oversee the scheduling of trainings from sales deals, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations.
