## About the Role

We're looking for a junior Customer Success Executive to be the friendly face of Meetily. You'll help our customers get the most out of our AI meeting assistant by responding to their questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring they have a great experience.

## Responsibilities

- Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally

- Handle customer calls to address queries and concerns

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (browser settings, mic permissions, app usage, etc.)

- Guide customers on using Meetily effectively

- Create and maintain FAQs, help articles, and support documentation

- Work closely with the founding team to improve customer experience
